Pramana's first phase covers around 23 hectares of sprawling terrain, with over two hundred fifty (250) homes to complete the community. Within the village, pocket parks and meditation gardens surround the residents' homes. A basketball court and children's play area have also been completed to give the residents immediate venues for recreation.

Lot cuts ranging from 150 sq.m. to 250 sq.m. are available with house designs ranging from 155sq.m. to 186 sq.m. in its basic layout. These layouts can be expanded depending on the lot size and house design that the buyer has chosen.

Buyers can choose from four types of lots, Prestige, Vantage, Choice and Gem lots. These lots are differentiated in terms of location, access, view and proximity to amenities and parks.
